POLICIES

PAYMENT:
We accept cash, check, and credit.  For payments by check, no material will be released until the check has cleared.

PROPERTY RIGHTS:
All media and material recorded or mixed will remain the property of Third Eye Studio until the account has been paid in full. This includes, but is not limited to, all DAW sessions and digital files (WAV, AIFF, MP3, etc.), DVD’s, CD’s, DAT’s, and any hard drives that files might be stored on.

LATE ARRIVALS:
Late arrivals will be billed from the start time booked for the session.  Please do your best to be prompt!
 
CANCELLATION:
If you need to cancel a session, please give 24 hour notice before the start of the session.  There is no penalty for cancelling a session, but cancelled sessions will be rescheduled as the calendar permits.

PROPERTY DAMAGE:
Any damage to the studio, including studio property and equipment, resulting from negligence will be billed to the client accordingly.  Please be careful around the studio equipment.

CLIENT EQUIPMENT:
Client and band gear can remain set-up in the studio as long as it takes to finish a project, but we assume zero liability for the equipment.

OTHER POLICIES:
No alcohol or drugs are allowed on the studio property. Cigarette smoking is outside only and please use the ash can provided.  The studio is located on private property near private residences.  Please be respectful of the studio property and the nearby residents by not hanging around outside the studio before or after your session.
